Competition winner announced

Thank you everyone for taking the time to enter into our first every competition.

It took the form of a word hunt through the web site.

I had placed the name of a well known cake in the text and invited those who wished to enter to find the cake name and then email me the name.

The cake name was Lemon Cheesecake and it was hidden under the info tab then faq in big black cold letters.

The response was more than I expected and I enjoyed seeing followers both of past clients and others that I have never met enter into this.

The draw was held this morning and the winner was Marian Walsh from Downpatrick.

Marian will be given a free portrait session plus one photograph from that up to the size of 10x8"

Wish Marian all the best and look forward to arranging the portrait session with her.

Photo shot at te Donaghy Performance Centre in Banbridge

Aaron Donaghy asked me a couple of weeks back if I would be able to photograph his centre for the purpose of getting some images that he can use for his online presence.
It was a joy to meet up and see the various activities taking place.
Aaron is located in the Banbridge business Centre and has two buildings. One he uses for Cross fit and on the night I took the photographs there were two groups active.
His other building is a dedicated gym, with various machines and a load of free weights. That night was leg night and the group of about 18 or so guys were all doing a circuit of the leg exercise, supervised by Chris.
Aaron also is a physiotherapist and specialises in ART, Active Release Therapy, which has seen him gaining an ongoing reputation in the entire country for helping so many out of pain and injury.
So here are a few images from that night which show the activity and fun that can be gained through training.

A few weeks ago I was working out in the gym when Sandis approached me about a hockey ball i had with me in there. I explained it was essential for muscle injury to release tight muscle. I didnt know then that he was a hockey player. But we chatted and while and continued in our separate workouts.
