Jolene and Paul's Photos ready wedding photography Northern Ireland - Inch Abbey and Ivanhoe

All of the photographs from the wedding of Jolene and Paul are now available on-line.

I met up with the happy couple on Sunday evening and we spent around 3 hours browsing through all 500+ images as they decided on which photographs they wanted for their wedding album.

As always it is not an easy task by any means to get the images you really love for the album as there are so many different types of image from candid, to posed, groups and those little moments that no one had noticed. But after many a head scratch they managed to get their final selection.

It has been a real joy to be able to share in this couples wedding day. To photograph this memorable occasion and also to be there as an invited guest who they trust to not only provide them with captured memories they will cherish but to be trusted to behave in a professional and friendly manner while running a schedule to get all the photographic occasions captured.

For family or guests, all the photographs are now available on Se…

Search Results for Wedding Photography Northern Ireland

Just a small update of something I have been working on for about 6 months now.

As from today I have carried out searches on three major search engines - Yahoo, Bing and Google.

To my surprise  when you search for wedding photography Northern Ireland I am on page 1 of both Yahoo and Bing, and on page 2 on Google.

Google is the most used and the hardest to get the results high in it ranking. Research carried out on behaviour suggests that most people search through the first 2 to 3 pages with page one having the greatest hits and the top of page 2 also.

As you can understand a lot of weight and success for any online presence rests on your ranking. Six months ago I was on page 22 of Google, which meant that my online presence was not even seen by anyone. Four weeks ago I was up to page 5 which again in real terms would still be unseen.

It is becoming a win win for all. The more the web site is seen the greater the presence and specially for any model work, the greater the coverage for …

Northern Ireland model shoot with Tiernan

I haven't had the opportunity to shoot a model session for a while now do it was a delight to hear from Tiernan to so a model shoot for him.

We travelled to Belfast for the two hour studio session and here are a couple of images from the latest model shoot with Tiernan.

As always there is collaboration between model and photographer to see what is the theme or event the shoot is to represent.

Tiernan was looking a complete shoot from clothed through to naked in a artful and tasteful way.

I had not shot any nudes before so it was going to be a challenge. But by the end of the two hours I feel that we both got images we are proud of and we managed to capture some nude images that could be seen as tasteful and artful too.

Jolene and Paul wedding at Inch Abbey reception at Ivanhoe Carryduff

Started editing the wedding photographs from the wedding of Jolene and Paul.

Had a fantastic day with this great couple and their families. The wedding took place in St. Patrick's in Downpatrick Northern Ireland with photographs at Inch Abbey in the same town.. We all then headed off to the Ivanhoe Hotel in Carryduff for the reception.
Though showers had been forecast for the day, the only shower which was pretty heavy occurred just as Jolene arrived at the church.
Below are a few selected photographs from the entire day.
More image will be available on Google+ and facebook later.
