Carlos Creative Art model project in Belfast Northern Ireland

A few weeks ago, we contact Carlos to ask if he would be interested in taking part in the Creative Art project that Rebecca Durrans MUA and myself were collaborating in. It probably was a self loaded question for I know Carlos and he would not pass up the opportunity to do a bit more modelling.

I was aware that Carlos and his partner Sarah had had their baby, Roman not long before so they all came along to the studio. It was so good to catch up with them again and to see wee Roman.

We had a bit of fun with Carlos, Sarah adding her say in not more than once about him wearing makeup and lipstick!! but he enjoyed the banter and as Rebecca finalised the look she wanted for him, we know there was a great shoot ahead.

So here are some of the images from the second session in the project and I'm sure you will agree, Rebecca made a fantastic job of it and Carlos once again raised to the event and give us amazing poses and concepts.

Monica's first model portrait shoot

The first time I met Carlos in Feb 2014, he brought his sister Monica along with him. It was great to meet them both and after that I met her on several occasions.
She had mentioned the desire to have a photoshoot so last week we met up at Tanaghmore Gardens an the following are a few images from that session.

Monica's Model Photography Session at Brownlow House

Welcome to another post. A while back, Monica contacted me looking to know if I could shot a Gothic Style themed session with her. Of course it didn't take long to think about the answer! It was a resounding yes.
Not only would Monica's choice of clothes be critical, but the location and the post production editing. Last August I photographed a wedding at Brownlow House in Lurgan, Northern Ireland and the place really stuck in my head for an excellent location for the right shoot. With Monica focused on a Gothic style model  shoot, it was just crying out to be used for it. So we meet up and within about 10 minutes the rain started!! There was so much we wanted to try and do, but the rain pushed us for time and thought, and before we knew it we were inside and  seeking a few indoor shoots.
Brownlow House did not disappoint though and with a bit of post production touch up we were able to capture that atmospheric feel to some of the image. So below is a selection of the images …

Wolfwear 2019 new Range of Ladies wear

It was a joy again to be asked to photograph Wolfwear's new range of sports wear.

After doing the first shoot for Ryan, and training in the same gym, it has been nice to now have Ryan as a friend.
