Model Shoot with Matthew at Inch Abbey, Downpatrick Northern Ireland

I met Matthew at a wedding last year and had the opportunity to have a chat with him. I discovered that he like me had a love for the gym and fitness.
After a while I asked if he had ever did any model work and if he would be interested. And so here we are with his first model shoot with me. Matthew has concrete plans for a solid career, but he also wants to have the time and love to do some fitness model work. I fully agreed to focus on his education and career but to have that joy of being able to mix his fitness with modelling.
Later we have planned a formal shoot which I think will look great, but here are some of the images from our first session which I'm sure you will agree look great.

My model portfolio is here

Barbara fashion shoot in the Palm House Botanic Gardens in Belfast

Was delighted when Barbara contacted me to do a shoot with her. She was looking shots of cloths that she wanted to post on Instagram. She also loves flowers and wanted to include them in the shoot.

Photo shot at te Donaghy Performance Centre in Banbridge

Aaron Donaghy asked me a couple of weeks back if I would be able to photograph his centre for the purpose of getting some images that he can use for his online presence.
It was a joy to meet up and see the various activities taking place.
Aaron is located in the Banbridge business Centre and has two buildings. One he uses for Cross fit and on the night I took the photographs there were two groups active.
His other building is a dedicated gym, with various machines and a load of free weights. That night was leg night and the group of about 18 or so guys were all doing a circuit of the leg exercise, supervised by Chris.
Aaron also is a physiotherapist and specialises in ART, Active Release Therapy, which has seen him gaining an ongoing reputation in the entire country for helping so many out of pain and injury.
So here are a few images from that night which show the activity and fun that can be gained through training.

A few weeks ago I was working out in the gym when Sandis approached me about a hockey ball i had with me in there. I explained it was essential for muscle injury to release tight muscle. I didnt know then that he was a hockey player. But we chatted and while and continued in our separate workouts.
