Glamour fitness shoot with Teresa in Newcastle

Finally. Yes it has been about a year of talking about setting a day, arranging days, weather calling off, it has been a mixture of on, offs and maybes, but we finally got the day and what a fantastic day we were given. Sunshine was brilliant for us but it had a bit of haze which helped defuse the light to give it a softer look.

But enough of that.

Teresa is a Brazilian lady who now lives in Portadown and happens to train at the same gym I do. Dedication, knowledge and boundless energy is a very real part of Teresa's life and it is plain to see from her training sessions that she is not only knows how to train but does it effectively.

While discussing what she was after we shared images of the look she was after and planned out locations. One I had been at a couple of weeks later was at Foley's Bridge in Tollymore Forest. It is a beautiful location giving amazing shade and light. We then moved on to the beach at Newcastle and proceeded to get the majority of the images there.

So below are some of the images from that shoot.

Monica's first model portrait shoot

The first time I met Carlos in Feb 2014, he brought his sister Monica along with him. It was great to meet them both and after that I met her on several occasions.
She had mentioned the desire to have a photoshoot so last week we met up at Tanaghmore Gardens an the following are a few images from that session.

Monica's Model Photography Session at Brownlow House

Welcome to another post. A while back, Monica contacted me looking to know if I could shot a Gothic Style themed session with her. Of course it didn't take long to think about the answer! It was a resounding yes.
Not only would Monica's choice of clothes be critical, but the location and the post production editing. Last August I photographed a wedding at Brownlow House in Lurgan, Northern Ireland and the place really stuck in my head for an excellent location for the right shoot. With Monica focused on a Gothic style model  shoot, it was just crying out to be used for it. So we meet up and within about 10 minutes the rain started!! There was so much we wanted to try and do, but the rain pushed us for time and thought, and before we knew it we were inside and  seeking a few indoor shoots.
Brownlow House did not disappoint though and with a bit of post production touch up we were able to capture that atmospheric feel to some of the image. So below is a selection of the images …

Wolfwear 2019 new Range of Ladies wear

It was a joy again to be asked to photograph Wolfwear's new range of sports wear.

After doing the first shoot for Ryan, and training in the same gym, it has been nice to now have Ryan as a friend.
